White Water Rafting in Nottingham

The Experience
Join a session of White Water Rafting in Nottingham for a day of teamwork and fun.

The course is just minutes from Nottingham city centre and offers a safe, controlled environment for all levels. Each raft holds up to seven people and includes an experienced instructor who will guide you through the session.

You’ll learn the basics of paddling and communication before heading out onto the water. The focus is on teamwork and steady progress through each part of the course.

Important Information
Strong swimming ability required
Minimum age: 12 (Under 14s must ride with an adult – max 2 under-14s per adult )
Under 18s must have an adult present on-site
No height limit, but max weight is 18 stone & chest size 48 inches
Arrive 30 minutes before your session
Wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets are all included in your booking

The Weather
Your White Water Rafting Experience operates in most conditions but may be affected by extreme weather conditions or flooding.

Session Length
Your experience will lasts up to two hours, including initial introduction and debrief. Please ensure that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to sign in and change.

Numbers
Your voucher is valid for one person. You will share your raft with between 4 and 7 other rafters plus a qualified instructor.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome with the White Water Rafting Experience in Nottinghamshire and Perthshire

What To Wear
Bring swimwear, a towel, a pair of old trainers and a change of clothes. You WILL get wet, but there are hot shower facilities at our venues. Buoyancy aid and helmet will be supplied. If you wear glasses, remove them or firmly secure them.
