The Experience
Take the plunge with someone special and enjoy a Discover Scuba Diving session for two.
This beginner package is an ideal way to explore scuba diving together, with a focus on safety and guidance.
Your experience begins with a short classroom session, where you’ll learn how the equipment works and be introduced to simple dive theory. Once you’ve covered the essentials, it’s time to move into the pool. With the support of fully qualified PADI instructors, you’ll both practise fundamental scuba skills, from breathing through your regulator to controlling buoyancy and swimming underwater.
No previous diving experience is required, and all the equipment you need will be provided. The only requirements are that you’re at least 10 years old, in good overall health and able to swim. With everything taken care of, you can focus on sharing an unforgettable first dive.

Vital Information
You must be comfortable in water and in reasonable health. All participants must complete a medical declaration and disclaimer before starting tuition. Anyone with asthma, diabetes, claustrophobia, respiratory or heart conditions must provide written medical clearance from their doctor in advance.

The Weather
The weather will not affect this experience, as it is held in an indoor swimming pool.
Session Length
This experience will last for around two hours, but this may vary depending on the standard of pupils. Your time in the pool is around half an hour.
Spectators
Spectator facilities will vary from centre to centre, please ask when booking.
What To Wear
Bring a swimming costume, a towel and a T-shirt to wear in the water to cushion you from the scuba apparatus, which can sometimes rub against the skin. All other equipment will be provided, including your tank, mask and scuba gear.
