Experience the ultimate driving adventure with the Gold Formula 1 Driving Course - Le Luc, France.
Set in the stunning Provence region, the Circuit du Luc offers the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable Formula 1 experience. This full-day driving course combines professional coaching, immersive racing and the thrill of piloting two high-performance vehicles.
Your day begins with a comprehensive briefing on single-seater driving techniques and safety, followed by familiarisation laps as a passenger to get to know the track’s wide curves, tight turns and long straights. Take the wheel of a Formula 4 car (180hp) for 4 series of 8 laps, where expert coaches provide personalised feedback, data analysis and video reviews to elevate your skills.
In the afternoon, step up to a Formula 1 car (600hp) from legends like Arrows, Prost or AGS Cosworth. Complete 3 series of 6 laps, feeling the raw power and precision of these iconic Grand Prix vehicles.
The experience concludes with an awards ceremony featuring champagne, a personalised diploma and a keepsake gift, ensuring you leave with lasting memories.
During this day, you will follow all the essential steps before realising your dream and driving a Formula 1 single-seater.
- Start with 3 x 8 laps in F4 Mygale (170 hp) in the morning
- Improve your driving thanks to the advice of our coaches as well as the analysis of data and videos as in competition
- Test your skills on our professional simulator
- In the afternoon, you continue this superb day in a Formula 1: Arrows, Prost or AGS Cosworth (600 hp) Grand Prix for 3 series x 6 laps
- End your day with the presentation of a nice personalised diploma as well as a memento gift
All our Gold courses are limited to 2 pilots per day for close and individual monitoring.
At least 2 driving coaches will be present during your day, they will give you feedback in several forms:
- Theoretical: Indoors or on the track with paper supports
- Techniques: In the pits, just after your driving sessions for more precise and individualized feedback
- Data: By exploiting the data extracted from the single-seater
- Video: By watching your on-board videos with you
Before the start of taxiing, a 40min briefing details the theory of single-seater piloting. Throughout your course, an instructor provides advice based on your individual performance.
Here is the program for the day:
7:45 a.m. - Welcome reception in the AGS F1 premises and Breakfast (coffee, tea, pastries).
8:00 - Rider gear: crash helmet, balaclava, racing suit, racing boots and gloves).
8:15 - Briefing on single-seater driving, the circuit and safety.
9:00 - Transfer to the pit lane and 2 familiarization laps as a passenger.
9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. - 3 Series of 8 laps in Formula 4 Mygale (170 hp) equipped with: paddle shift, on-board radio, on-board camera (with speed, brake and accelerator data), data acquisition.
Personalized debriefing after each series in F4 - Video & data exploitation F4.
Each trainee benefits from an F4 specially tuned for him.
12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Catering service at AGS premises (meals included).
Possibility of walking around the track with the coaches.
Professional simulator available throughout the afternoon.
2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 3 Series of 6 laps in Formula 1 Arrows, Prost or AGS Cosworth (600 hp) equipped with: paddle shift, on-board radio, on-board camera (with speed, brake and accelerator data) data acquisition simultaneously on the track to guarantee you maximum ease and pleasure).
17:30 - Graduation ceremony and gift.
This offer includes :
The rental of the circuit (equipped with video surveillance), the safety device (doctor, marshals, intervention vehicle), the complete equipment of the driver (helmet, balaclava, boots, overalls), technical and educational supervision ( BPJEPS instructor driver), the provision of AGS infrastructure and vehicles (stands, F1 locker rooms, showers, etc.), lunch for the driver, drinks, snack at the end of the day, videos and photos, delivery of a personalized diploma, the liability insurance.
Important Information
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
You must declare that you are in good health and not under medical treatment which impairs driving.
Anyone who is suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate in the experiment.
The participant agrees to scrupulously respect the safety and conduct conditions that will be set out to him during the information sessions and by his supervisor throughout the activity.
The participant agrees to accept that in the event of going off the track with material damage, the supervisor will terminate the participation of the person, without the latter being able to claim any reimbursement. Article 9 (refer to deposit conditions) will also be fully implemented in this case.
The Weather
In case of bad weather conditions, the experience may be cancelled. It will therefore be rescheduled.
Session Length
The experience lasts a whole day: from 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Numbers
You will share this experience with other participants. This voucher is valid for 1 person.
Spectators
You can be accompanied by 1 to 4 people, however each spectator must pay 49€. They will then be able to enjoy access to the circuit, meals and champagne during the ceremony. The presence of children under 10 on the circuit is not recommended. Each minor must be accompanied by an adult.
What To Wear
We advise you to dress comfortably. All safety equipment will be provided.
Availability
This driving course runs on selected dates. There are around 40 - 50 dates from March to November, mostly from Monday to Friday. Please contact us for more information.
