The From Bucharest: Full-Day Trip to Dracula Castle, Peleș Castle & Brașov invites you to discover three of Romania’s most famous landmarks in one day. Beginning in Bucharest, travel by air-conditioned vehicle with a professional guide into the Carpathian Mountains.
Your first stop is Sinaia, where Peleș Castle awaits. Built in the late 19th century for King Carol I, this palace is celebrated for its Neo-Renaissance design. Step inside to explore opulent rooms filled with carved wood, stained glass, frescoes and treasures that showcase Romania’s royal heritage.
From there, journey to Bran Castle, an imposing fortress often associated with Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Though its links to Vlad the Impaler are debated, the castle remains a highlight for its gothic architecture and dramatic setting. Wander its halls and take in views of the surrounding valley.
Finally, arrive in Brașov, a medieval city at the foot of Mount Tâmpa. Highlights include the Black Church, Council Square and Rope Street. After free time to explore, relax on your journey back to Bucharest.
