The Experience

The Brooklyn Bridge Fun Run is a non-competitive sight-running tour. Enjoy a casual run across one of New York City's most recognizable landmarks, the Brooklyn Bridge!

This amazing experience has it all! You will start with a relaxed-pace run across the 2-mile span of the bridge, through Brooklyn Heights, and down into Brooklyn Bridge Park where we pause to embrace the breathtaking views of Manhattan’s amazing skyline and add in core strengthening exercises.

Your run continues along the East River waterfront to the DUMBO side of the Bridge where you can enjoy a warm down Yoga Flow. It's all wrapped up with a power walk back across the Bridge into Manhattan during which you will focus on the incredible history of this awe inspiring, world famous wonder!

Vital Information

The Brooklyn Bridge Fun Run will involve a good deal of running, so you’ll need to be able to keep up with the group to hear your guide. The pace is typically 9 – 10 minutes per mile. If that seems too fast for you, another option would be to sign up for one of our private runs (where we run at your pace!) or join the Sunrise Yoga Tour where we combine a good brisk walk with stretching and basic yoga poses.

We strongly suggest you do not drive to the meeting location as parking is extremely difficult to find on the streets of NYC and parking lots in midtown are extremely expensive. The best options to reach our meeting spots on time are either taxi, bus, or subway. All of our meeting spots are easily accessible by mass transit.

The Weather

Each of our runs is held rain or shine! If conditions are not to your liking, you can re-schedule to any of our other runs that have space available. In the event of dangerous weather (thunderstorms with lightning, extreme heat or cold, etc.) we will cancel the tour and if there aren’t any other tours that fit your schedule, you will receive a full refund.

Session Length

Your Brooklyn Bridge Fun Run will last approximately 1 hour. Sometimes it may finish 5 or 10 minutes earlier or later, depending on the overall pace of the group.

Numbers

This voucher allows one person to join the Brooklyn Bridge Fun Run.

Spectators

Other people wishing to join you on your tour will need to purchase additional vouchers.

What To Wear

Just come dressed to run! However, your guide will wear a backpack and have room to carry small items like keys and phones — just ask during check-in.

Availability

We recommend that you book your tour as soon as possible for best availability, although it may be possible to join the run up until 10 hours before the start of the tour. Running Tours run every Monday and Friday at 7.30am.
